Since stepping into the role of General Manager at Campbelltown Aged Care, I’ve come to see that what makes this home so special isn’t just the bricks and mortar, it's the people. Our residents, families, and especially our dedicated team bring the heart and soul that define Campbelltown.
My focus has been on building a culture grounded in trust, rapport, and genuine connection. I encourage open feedback, both the positives and challenges, because it’s only through honest conversations that we can take real action and keep improving. I want every member of our team to feel confident, valued, and supported so they can thrive here for the long term.
I believe leadership should come with warmth, empathy, and a sense of fun. My door is always open, and I encourage everyone to be brave, curious, and courageous in their ideas and aspirations. Supporting people to achieve their career goals is something I am deeply committed to, because when our people grow, our home grows with them.
