Sustainability / energy
We have installed over 4,400KW of solar energy in our aged care homes since 2014 and we partner with “Healthcare without harm” to remove single-use-items across all locations.

Carer Traineeship
Program
If you are interested in starting a career in aged care, the Bupa Carer Trainee Program is a fantastic way to earn while you learn. This exciting 12-month program includes undertaking a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining on-the-job experience and employment in a rapidly growing industry.
Registered Nurse Graduate Program
Our Registered Nurse Graduate Program will help you to play a greater role in making a real difference to our residents clinically and to their quality of life. The program provides a mentoring and supportive environment for you as a newly registered nurses to develop your skills and knowledge
