Our recruitment process varies depending on which type of role you’re applying for, but it’s always our goal to learn as much about you as possible, and to help you decide if Bupa is right for you and your career goals.

2. What documents do I need to submit with my application?

When applying for a role at Bupa, candidates are generally required to submit a current resume outlining their work history and relevant experience. Depending on the specific position, you may also be asked to provide a cover letter, proof of qualifications or certifications, and any other documents specified in the job advertisement. It's important to carefully review the role requirements to ensure all necessary documents are included with your application.

Yes! In fact, it’s best that you apply for all roles you’re interested in. However, once you have applied for a role with us, your profile will be stored in our application system talent pool, and we may contact you if there is another role that looks like it might suit you.

1. How long does the recruitment process usually take?

This can vary depending on each vacancy and the type of role you’re applying for. If your application has reached the interview stage or beyond, you will usually receive feedback within 14 days from the closing date for the role. If you’re not the right fit for the role, we will let you know via email that your application has been unsuccessful.
