What is Bupa Campus?
Bupa Campus is a new, global learning experience that blends digital and in-person learning in a way that’s engaging, collaborative, and future-focused. It complements our existing development programs and is built to evolve over time.

- A new digital learning experience, including curated content from providers like LinkedIn Learning and interactive virtual classrooms to connect our people across locations.
- Two new learning programs
- HealthQuest, an immersive journey exploring how Bupa is leading with innovations such as AI, genomics and remote care to best help our customers facing real-world global health challenges.
- Bupa Essentials, which builds global consistency in leadership for our future senior leaders.
- Three dedicated learning hubs in Melbourne, Madrid, and the UK – physical spaces designed for connection, collaboration and in-person learning.
HealthQuest: Innovation Meets Impact
A standout feature of Campus is HealthQuest, a dynamic, interactive program that places learners in the shoes of customers facing complex health challenges.
Participants explore emerging healthcare solutions like AI, genomic sequencing, and remote care, selecting the most effective interventions to support each customer. It’s an engaging, practical way to understand the future of healthcare – and how Bupa can lead it.
