Registered Nurse Graduate Program (24 months)

Be at the 💙 of growing your career

As trusted healthcare professionals, we provide care and support to over 5,000 residents across Australia. Our Registered Nurse Graduate Program empowers you to make a meaningful impact on residents' clinical outcomes and overall quality of life. You'll be at the very heart of our refreshingly different person-first commitment to care working alongside our clinical leaders, nurse practitioners and more.

In our care homes, a person-first approach is central to how we deliver care. This focus fosters genuine relationships with residents, enabling you to put our residents, their needs and their feelings at the heart of how you deliver clinical care.

In 2025 we have a first of its kind partnership with Ramsay Health to provide Bupa RN Grads with the unique experience of a 3-month placement in a Ramsay hospital to give you acute setting exposure alongside the aged care experience you will gain with Bupa. Positions in this program are limited, but we encourage you to apply as we are also able to provide placements in our Aged Care Essentials program, a 12-month learning and development program for graduates.

This program intakes annually in January. Register your interest for the 2026 intake.

Do you want to enrich the lives of residents and build a meaningful career?

Bupa’s RN Graduate Program provides a supportive environment to develop your skills and knowledge through training, mentorship, and regular check-ins.

You'll get plenty of opportunities to keep building your experience for further career development.

Over our two-year program, you'll work in one of Bupa's 50+ aged care homes across Queensland, NSW, Victoria or South Australia. You will also complete a 3-month placement in an acute setting, rounding out your knowledge and experience.

Our program has a specific focus on leadership. Not only will you grow, but you'll learn how to empower others to deliver quality care.
