About the Traineeship Program
As a Dental Assistant Trainee, you’ll be employed at a Bupa Dental practice while completing a nationally recognised qualification through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You'll gain valuable experience supporting chairside procedures, infection control, patient care, and practice administration.
Bupa offers a flexible training model in partnership with Foundation Education to help you balance study and work. With a dedicated team around you and career pathways beyond, you’ll be building a future in health you can be proud of.

Who we’re looking for
To apply, you must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have Australian working rights
- Be willing to enrol in a Certificate III or IV through an RTO
- Be committed to learning, teamwork and delivering excellent care
