As trusted healthcare professionals, we provide care and support to over 5,000 residents across Australia. Our Registered Nurse Graduate Program empowers you to make a meaningful impact on residents' clinical outcomes and overall quality of life. You'll be at the very heart of our refreshingly different person-first commitment to care working alongside our clinical leaders, nurse practitioners and more.
Our Aged Care Essentials program provides a mentoring and supportive environment for you as a newly registered nurse to develop your skills and knowledge. You'll get plenty of opportunities to springboard your career and keep building your experience for further career development.
After your initial 12-month program, you’ll have access to apply to continue your learning with an additional 12-month program that includes a 3-month acute placement. Eligibility criteria for the extended program applies and is subject to availability and eligibility.

What does the program offer me?
Learning alongside the industry's best, you'll be supported to gain experience across many disciplines of aged care nursing, setting you up for excellent career progression within Bupa and beyond. We also have a range of incentives to support you on your learning journey with Bupa, including the potential of interstate travel to spend face-to-face time with your peers and leaders across Australia.
Graduates will be supported with:
