Graduate Nurse Program
Our Graduate Nurse Program supports newly qualified nurses as they transition into practice. It combines hands-on experience, structured learning and mentorship, helping graduates build clinical and leadership capability from the beginning of their careers. Learn more about the course here.
Mentoring, coaching and leadership development
Bupa Aged Care invests in mentoring, coaching and leadership development for care and clinical professionals. Our Aged Care Leadership Programs include courses and internal learning modules designed to develop emerging and existing leaders and support future career opportunities.
Scholarships and further study
Study can open the door to new clinical and leadership opportunities. Bupa Aged Care offers scholarship support for aspiring nurses completing a Bachelor of Nursing, as well as scholarship pathways for experienced clinicians developing towards Nurse Practitioner and clinical leadership opportunities.
Since the employee nursing scholarship program began in 2024, 25 nursing scholarships have been awarded to employees to further their clinical leadership journey.
